Planning

We will work out a detailed transportation plan providing schedules, routes and boarding locations taking into consideration such factors as anticipated daily attendance, hotel blocks and traffic considerations. On-Site Management

For every show, our management team is on-site at all times to help direct attendees and ensures all vehicles are operating on schedule.

To answer attendee questions, all shuttle team members have a customized show manual that includes pertinent information such as shuttle routes and maps, lost and found information, event schedules and room numbers.

Our two-way radio system puts us in constant contact with our drivers.

Passenger Payment

In an effort to maintain costs, many show managers are opting to unbundle the cost of the shuttle from registration fees, and allowing attendees to pay for the service directly. GO Airport Express is the only shuttle provider who can offer this service through an on-line reservation system.

Reports

After the last attendee has boarded a plane for home, we’re still on the job. We prepare an in-depth analysis of the shuttle system performance to determine if next year’s event could be improved. Our summary highlights usage information: number of attendees per hour and per route, the average wait time during peak movements and number of additional buses provided to accommodate peak times. You also receive a full technical report with detailed usage statistics, airport ground transportation volume and suggestions for your next show.
