A. The preferred rider program offers customizable rewards depending upon what is most important to you. Currently we offer the following programs:- Free Rides.
For every one-way reservation you make on line at www.goairportexpress.com , you earn 10 points (5 points for every reservation made over the phone). Collect 100 points, and receive a free-one way ride. - AAdvantage® Miles or United MileagePlus® Miles
Once registered, you also can earn American Airlines AAdvantage® miles or United MileagePlus® miles by updating your profile on the GO Airport Shuttle website, www.goairportshuttle.com and making your reservations on www.goairportshuttle.com. Please note, miles are earned only with online reservations on www.goairportshuttle.com not on www.airportexpress.com or by telephone.

A.Sign up here and fill out the required information. This step will assure that you will start accumulating points toward a free ride with your next reservation.
To earn American Airlines AAdvantage® miles or United MileagePlus® miles, you must take a few additional steps.- Go to our national website: www.goairportshuttle.com
- Log in to your Preferred Rider Account.
- Select “Edit/View account.”
- Choose “Rewards” tab and select the program from the drop-down menu.

- Q. How do I collect a free ride?
A. Call GO Airport Express (1-888.2THEVAN) and ask to make a reservation. Be sure to let the reservationist know you want to pay for it with your Preferred Rider points at the beginning of the call. - Q. How do I collect AAdvantage® miles or United MileagePlus® miles?
A. Currently, you will have to make your reservations through the GO Airport Shuttle website. The miles will be posted on your next AAdvantage® statement United MileagePlus® statement. - Q. How do I make a reservation if I’m not using a free ride?
A.If you are accumulating points for a free ride or if you are taking advantage of an offer from GO Airport Express go to the website: www.airportexpress.com and click on the preferred rider box. Log in using your preferred rider code or email address and start making a reservation. If you are using a special code for a special discount or offer, please enter the code in the upper right hand corner of the website.
