Continential Airport Express Adds Do-It-Yourself Kiosks at O’Hare

Continental Airport Express announced the addition of two new do-it-yourself kiosks to O’Hare Airport; ensuring passengers always have immediate access to ground transportation.

The stand-alone and countertop walkup kiosks are located in terminals two and five, and allow passengers to purchase one-way or round-trip ground transportation 24 hours a day. They also reduce dependency on manned stations and shorten waiting time during busy periods.

“Tighter security at airports has significantly increased overall travel times which is very frustrating to travelers. The least we can do is simplify the final step,” says John McCarthy, president, Continental Airport Express.

Founded in 1853 as the Parmelee Transportation Company, Continental Airport Express currently transports more than one million passengers annually to and from Chicago’s O’Hare and Midway Airports. Its services are offered to and from downtown Chicago, as well as most Chicago neighborhoods and its surrounding suburbs. For more information visit www.airportexpress.com.
