Pre-Event Planning Services

On-Site Management

Weeks before your show starts, GO Airport Express is busy behind the scenes preparing for your event. Staff is
trained especially to ensure your tailored plan is executed to perfection. To assist attendees with questions, all
shuttle team members have a customized show manual that includes pertinent information such as shuttle routes
and maps, lost and found information, event schedules and room numbers.
Our extensive knowledge of Chicago and its venues ensures flawless management of every ground transportation
detail. Whether it is working with local law enforcement for road closings, re-routing due to weather or traffic
problems or scheduling around festivals or sporting events, GO Airport Express is uniquely prepared to handle any

review your show’s total load factor, peak and non-peak movement thus allowing for better preparation of

Post-Event Reports
After the last attendee has boarded a plane for home, we’re still on the job. We prepare an
in-depth analysis of the shuttle system performance to determine if next year’s event could be improved.
Our summary highlights usage information: number of attendees per hour and per route, the average wait time
during peak movements and number of additional buses provided to accommodate peak times. You also receive a
full technical report with detailed usage statistics, airport ground transportation volume and suggestions for your
next show.
