Our highly visible counters located in the baggage claim centers are staffed with knowledgeable ticket agents. At O’Hare, convenient self-serve kiosks are located in the baggage claim areas of Terminals two and five for faster service during busier times.
GO Airport Express serves the two major airports in the Chicago area including O’Hare and Midway. Our Chicago airport shuttles and private vans pick up and drop off daily between both airports, downtown Chicago and the surrounding suburbs.
